Both of these painting were made by Adrian Ghenie ,the first painting is entitled "Persian Miniature" and the second is entitled " The death of Charles Darwin" the medium on both is oil on canvas. What i like about these paintings is the setting. I think these artworks are a good investment it would look good in a household, it would brighten a room and attract a lot of viewers. I would want to display these paintings because all good artwork deserves a chance to shine and to viewed by the world.
These statues were made by Zhang Xiaogang, the first statue is called "Boy No. 1" and the second is "young girl No. 3". Im not a fan of statues at all because it leaves nothing to the eye, it does not make you think about what it is there's no background nor any colors. I don't think it would be a good investment because it's so bland and it doesn't draw you in. I would definitely leave this in my basement i wouldn't want to scare my guests.
